We had an alphabet scavenger hunt. I scattered foam letters. The children collected them and then we put them in order singing the letter sound song for each one.
We had a Pink Show and Tell for Pink Day. Thank you for bringing your pink things!
We got to sing a song with actions, “One Finger, One Thumb.”
Our craft was an accordion book, “One Day I Woke Up Pink.”
I read the children the book, “Pinkalicious.” It was a really cute story about a girl who turned pink from eating too many pink cupcakes. The only thing that cured her was eating green stuff.
We play, “Here’s a Heart for You.” It was farmer in the dell with a few changes to make it fit into our pink theme.
Our last activity for Pink day was to use our pinkie and ink to make pinkie prints.
