Today was Blue Day? We looked at our blue dinosaur poster and pointed out all the blue things the kids wore today. They using three glasses of water and blue food coloring, I made three different shades of blue. We talked about how they were all blue but were lighter or darker.
Our craft was our “Awesome Blue Crown.” This took a lot of gluing and following instructions, and they did great. They were very proud to wear their crowns.
We played “Walk The Blue Line.” I made a line with blue painters tape. The kids had fun balancing on it. Then each kid filled a bin with blue toys they found in the playroom. They got to show the rest of the class what they found.
After clean up we sang some songs, colored a blue picture with markers, and did some puzzles. Then we had outside play time until the mom’s came.
We missed Sydney today because she is in Utah!
